  • Peaceful, comfortable accommodation nestled in nature

  • Three nourishing Ayurvedic meals each day (vegetarian / vegan), seasonal and cooked with care by our own on-site Ayurvedic chef.

  • Twice daily yoga in a range of styles, adaptable for every body

  • Group workshops on Ayurveda - philosophy, practices and cooking

  • Reflective guided journaling and meditation sessions

  • Nature hike

  • Evening wind downs with Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing

  • Space and time simply to rest, relax by the pool or in the jacuzzi, take a walk, dream, or do nothing at all.

  • Optional extras (at additional cost) include one-to-one Ayurvedic consultations, massage, or chakra-balancing sound healing.
